Membership FAQs
How do gaming hours work?
Your monthly hours are automatically added to your iCafeCloud account at the start of each billing cycle. Simply check in at the front desk with your phone number to use your hours.
What's the Wednesday special?
All members get 50% off additional hours on Wednesdays! If you run out of your monthly hours, you can keep gaming at half price every Wednesday.
What are guest passes?
Guest passes let you bring friends who aren't members. Each pass gives them 1 hour of gaming. Core gets 1, Pro gets 3, and Unlimited gets 5 guest passes per month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes! You can change your membership tier anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime through your member dashboard or by contacting us. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
